NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Century Gardens at Tamiami Community Development District (the “District”) will hold Regular Meetings in the Gardens by the Hammocks Clubhouse Meeting Room located at 15080 SW 116^th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33196 at 6:15 p.m. on the following dates:

October 28, 2024
February 24, 2025
April 28, 2025
June 30, 2025*
August 25, 2025
September 22, 2025

*Change from typical week date to accommodate the required 60 days for the Final Budget Public Hearing

Meetings may be cancelled from time to time with no advertised notice.
