The Gardens by the Hammocks Club (the “Facilities”) is owned and operated by the Century Gardens at Tamiami Community Development District, a local unit of special purpose government established and operating pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes (the “District”). Anyone interested in purchasing an annual Non-Resident Membership to utilize the Facilities, including members of the general public residing outside the boundaries of the District, should contact Julia Barrios, the onsite Property Manager at jbarrios01@castlegroup.com or via phone at 786-732-4145 and/or Gloria Perez, the Manager of the District, at gperez@sdsinc.org or via phone at 786-347-2711 or 877-737-4922.
